P Top Wire Mesh Fencing

P top wire mesh fencing is an economical fence system consisting of a welded grid having a longitudinal profile that forms a rigid fence. The P top wire mesh fencing are welded with high quality low carbon steel wire, also with p shape design at the top and bottom of the mesh. The P top wire mesh fencing unique safe design ensures that the fence has no sharp edges.The P top wire mesh fencing safe and secure panel is extremely rigid while offering good see through visibility. The P top wire mesh fencing surface is treated by electrostatic polyester powder coating. Then connect the fence to the column with a suitable clip. P top wire mesh fencing are fused by high-strength steel wires to ensure accurate panel and mesh dimensions. The P top wire mesh fencing system is able to maintain its shape and strength for many years because it is pre-welded. The P top wire mesh fencing panels and fence posts are either hot-dip galvanized or polyester powder coated, adding to the durability of the P top wire mesh fencing and requiring minimal maintenance.

The fence rolls at the top and bottom, so that each individual panel is perfectly rigid without tension. These columns are pre bored and can be assembled on site.

• P top wire mesh fencing Firstly  the low-carbon steel wire with a galvanizing amount of 270g/m2 is used for straightening and cutting, and the machine is used for integral welding the fence panel to ensure that the flatness of the mesh is fully welded.

• Then the mesh is bend to form a “P “shaped design that is symmetrical at the top and at the bottom.

       The column is made of cold-formed steel + high-frequency welding of 270g/m2 galvanized steel, cut into the length as required ,

       machined with screw holes, and polished to remove raw.

• Finally  post and panel are treated by electrostatic spraying powder coating to corrode in out door environment. Products can be ensured use for 10 years.
