Welded 868 double horizontal wire mesh fence

Welded 868 double horizontal wire mesh fence provides the same mesh panel as the 656 double wire mesh fence, but with a higher strength by combining a double 8 mm horizontal with a single 6 mm vertical wire.

The double wire fence system is an extremely rugged mesh panel system with a flat profile (as the name suggests) with a “double” horizontal line for a particularly strong fence.

Horizontal wires are soldered to 5 mm vertical, commonly referred to as 656. The system also offers an ultra-heavy 868 gauge in which 8 mm double horizontal wires are soldered to 6 mm vertical.

Welded 868 double horizontal wire mesh fence can provide a range of heights, including 1 meter, 2 meters and 2.4 meters, with a combination panel that can reach a fence height range of at least 4 meters.

The sturdy, flat profile of the Secure-nett makes the 868 double horizontal wire mesh fence ideal for sporting applications, including Ball Stop fencing and MUGA (Multi-Purpose Game Zone). It is recommended to use a heavier 868 panel at a lower level, otherwise a hard ball collision will occur.

The posts of 868 double wire fence are made of steel pipes of different sizes to accommodate the height of the fence. The fixture that secures the double panel to the upright is made of steel with an anti-collision rubber pad on the back and secured to the post by stainless steel tamper-resistant safety bolts.

The surface of the mesh fence and column is galvanized and polyester coated in green RAL6005 or any standard RAL colour. Non-standard colors can also be used to match the corresponding content on the site to be protected.
